Terms of service
Your license
Insert kit files are for your personal use. You can modify them however you like for your own build. You're buying a license to use them, not the files themselves: please don't share, re-upload or resell them, or sell prints made from them. Our Piracy Notice explains what we act on.
Custom Parts are the exception: the parts we design for you are yours outright, delivered as a print-ready STL and a STEP file.
Printing and fitting
You print the parts yourself. Print results depend on your printer, filament and settings, so we can't be responsible for how your prints turn out, or for any damage caused by printed parts or by fitting them in your system.
The insert kit is held in place by the case frame and the glass panels. Keep the top and side glass installed: without them the parts aren't secure.
What we don't make
We never make anything that may interfere with headers or power connectors, including on custom requests. That covers anything that sits around headers, power connectors or their cables (ATX 24-pin, CPU (EPS) 8-pin, PCIe 8-pin, 12VHPWR / 12V-2x6 and SATA power), on any order: Redux Custom, a Refinement Pass or Custom Parts.
Refinements
Each Redux Custom includes one refinement pass to refine the fit of your build as photographed, within 30 days of delivery. Paid Refinement Pass: any changes after that, including new or swapped components, any time while we offer the insert kit. For a Refinement Pass, you send us new photos of your current build and your original order number.
General
The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you placed it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
