Refund policy

Our insert kits are digital files, fitted to your build from the photos you send us.

Before your files are sent

Every Redux Custom order starts with a check: before we send any files, we confirm from your photos that your build is compatible. If it isn't, you get a full refund and no files are sent.

After your files are sent

Once we've emailed you your files, the sale is final. Files can't be returned, so we can't refund them.

Something doesn't fit quite right? Every Redux Custom includes one refinement pass to refine the fit of your build as photographed, within 30 days of delivery. Send us photos of what's off and we'll adjust your files.

Refinement Pass

A Refinement Pass requires a Redux Custom you've already purchased. Any changes after that, including new or swapped components, any time while we offer the insert kit. Send us new photos of your current build and your original order number. Not every request can be done: if we can't fulfil yours, you get a full refund and no files.

Custom Parts

Custom Parts are quoted per request. Nothing is charged until you've accepted a quote.
